I love your enterprising attitude and color choices! My Mom (your Great Aunt Cynthia) was a lot like you. She had a hall table cut down and "antiqued" it from dark wood to a buttermilk/gold. Also, she fearlessly painted a (dark wood) glass enclosed bookcase periwinkle blue and where wall paper is often used today, instead she used some patterned "contact" paper to cover the shelves. It was awesome! Thanks for reminding me of how creative our family can be. I so enjoy hearing about your projects. You inspire me!! xxoo
Hi Tracey, I was searching ship lap and came to your post and your laundry room is so pretty. I was curious as to wether or not you removed your baseboard or just installed on top also how did you decide on the staggered seams. Did you do 8', 6', 4' and 2'. Thanks so much in advance. Starr
I'm Tracy. I love to paint furniture, d.i.y projects and decorate our home. I'm a wife and mother of four girls. This is where I share the projects I'm working on and things that inspire me.
